Hunny Bubba Kids is proud to provide a 30-day satisfaction guaranteed to all our customers. If something happened to your order, please send us a photo of the product and detailed explanation as to what happened. Our Quality control team will review and take care of this. If you qualify for a return or exchange, the customer will have up to 30 days to contact us. The customer is 100% responsible for the shipping costs of sending the goods back to us. Hunny Bubba Kids is not responsible for these expenses or other fees that might apply.

Please keep in mind that we are not accepting exchanges or returns for personalized items as they are unique products specially if the customer made a mistake during the personalization process and the order has already been processed. If the order is defective due to an unforeseen circumstance, please email us a photo and a brief description of what happened and we will review your order. If the order has not yet been processed and the customer made a mistake or wants to change something, please message us as soon as possible, and we will make the appropriate changes.  We try to minimize exchanges and returns as we strive to remove the carbon footprint from our planet, and in an attempt to be more sustainable. We will offer store credit if applicable to the conditions stated below.

Exceptions on Returns
In the unfortunate event of a defective item, please email us at support@hunnybubbakids.com and tell us what happened along with a photo of the product within 14 days of receiving the item. Our team will take care of this process.
