What if my package gets stolen or lost?

 All packages and shipments from Hunny Bubba Kids are tracked. Sometimes tracking may be delayed depending on how often the freight company updates the information. Hunny Bubba Kids is not responsible for any stolen or lost packages.

You can contact your local post office for further information about your package.

 Why is my package being held or taking longer at customs?

Different countries have different customs laws, policies and regulations, sometimes customs make random inspections of packages coming in your country, and this can take some extra time. Please note that this is out of control of Hunny Bubba Kids, and we cannot do anything about it. We recommend you to contact your local customs to find out more about packages being held longer. 

Customs may or may not charge import fees or taxes on some of your packages, please note that you as the costumer, are 100% responsible for the fees. Hunny Bubba Kids is not responsible and does not cover any extra fees.

 All orders must pass through customs. Please note that the time this process takes is out of our control.

 How long does it take for my order to be fulfilled?

Although we strive our very best to ship your order as fast as possible, on high volume order season, processing time for orders may be delayed and take up to seven days.   

 Personalized products may take from 2-5 days to process as they need to be personalized to your request. We also allow one to two days before fulfilling the order in case there is something you need to change or fix. Please note this process may take a little longer depending on the volume of orders we have received at that time.  

Other products that are not personalized, we strive to fulfill within two business days.

 Do you offer free shipping? how long does it take?

Hunny Bubba Kids offers free shipping to Canada, United States, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand and Ireland.

 There are certain circumstances (natural disasters, holidays, weather) that may cause shipping postponements. While, most packages arrive on time, there may be time that delays may occur. Please understand that once we have shipped your order, it is out of our control and the matter should be solved with the shipping company if any delays were to occur.

Why will I receive my order separately sometimes?

Even though you ordered your products at the same time and same day, you may or may not receive them separately or at different times because some products are made and store in different warehouses overseas. Sometimes they are shipped separately from our warehouses.

What happens if my package is damaged upon arrival?

If you receive a product that is damaged upon arrival, please take a photo or video immediately, and email us at our support email: support@hunnybubbakis.com. Our quality control team will review it to see if you qualify for an exchange or refund.
